Program Manager (Military Modeling, Simulation and Training)

hirify.global and its Dignitas Technologies business provide defense, civilian, and commercial IT services, including military modeling, simulation, training, software analysis, development, testing, fielding, and courseware for Live, Virtual, and Constructive training applications.

What you will do

• Act as Deputy to the Senior Program Manager across financial management, subcontractor management, schedule management, customer interface, and internal team leadership.
• Assess mission partner and customer needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy requirements.
• Lead program execution across internal teams and subcontractors, including staffing, schedules, risks, opportunities, process improvement, and execution metrics.
• Track and maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance and conduct monthly status briefings.
• Lead follow-on proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5–10 years of experience in project and resource management.
• DoD contract experience and strong financial acumen.
• Proposal experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Full-spectrum leadership experience, including leadership of diverse, distributed, and virtual teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• PMP or DAWIA Advanced certification.
• NAWCTSD customer experience.
• Earned Value Management experience.
• DoD modeling, simulation, and training background.
