Program Management Analyst

Location: Washington, D.C., United States; must be local to the work location and work daily from the Washington, DC office. Occasional telework is available, with up to 20% travel required.

Salary: $98,667.89–$171,564.32 annually. The posting also lists $3,000 under Salary.

What you will do

• Support the W93/Mk7 Program Team with program management and technical coordination for U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs.
• Coordinate Integrated Product Team, Working Group, Task Team, leadership, program, and technical review meetings.
• Track action items, decisions, risks, deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder commitments.
• Prepare executive briefings, technical presentations, white papers, schedules, reports, meeting summaries, and status products.
• Analyze program schedules and deliverables and support major reviews, milestone activities, and technical governance.
• Coordinate communication among Navy SSP, NNSA, national laboratories, contractors, engineering organizations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6–8 years, or PhD with 3–5 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, managing action items, tracking deliverables, and maintaining program documentation.
• Experience supporting technical teams, program offices, Integrated Product Teams, or Working Groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across diverse stakeholder organizations.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings, meeting summaries, and program status products.
• Experience establishing and maintaining professional relationships across government, contractor, and technical organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Navy Strategic Systems Programs, NNSA, NNSA Design Agencies, Production Agencies, or the Nuclear Security Enterprise.
• Experience with weapon systems, missile systems, strategic deterrence programs, or complex defense acquisition programs.
• Experience supporting program reviews, milestone activities, or technical governance boards.
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes, requirements management, or technical baseline management.
• Experience working in classified environments supporting national security missions.
