Patient Coordinator (Oncology)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $77,200–$85,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support existing patients in collaboration with assigned Nurse Coordinators.
• Assess patient needs, coordinate testing logistics, resolve issues, and provide service-oriented support.
• Build and maintain patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing.
• Address data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization in a timely manner.
• Use and help manage business systems such as QlikView and Salesforce.
• Handle protected health information in paper and electronic formats while completing required privacy, compliance, and security training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of inbound and outbound call center experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and organizational communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to educate potential patients about genetic testing technology and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to maintain required HIPAA/PHI privacy, policy, compliance, and security training.

Nice to have

• Background in medical or biological sciences.
• Experience with competitive analysis.
