What you will do

• Enhance company performance across multiple business units and markets.
• Own growth-team decisions within the assigned business line.
• Define and implement growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Deliver end-to-end, high-impact solutions and projects.
• Collaborate with teams, partners, and projects across international markets.
• Report directly to the global growth direction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics and business roles.
• Experience building trust and leading teams or key projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Strong data-driven approach to strategic and business decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Native or bilingual English and interest in working from Madrid; professional Mandarin Chinese proficiency is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Chinese consumer market and China’s digital ecosystem, including WeChat, Douyin, or Xiaohongshu.
