Business, Process and Transformation Lead Latam

Location: Hybrid role based in Envigado, Colombia; up to approximately 20% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead the identification, analysis, and improvement of core business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methods.
• Partner with functional and regional leaders to translate business strategy into process excellence roadmaps and measurable initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state solutions.
• Drive process standardization, documentation, performance metrics, and KPI monitoring to improve quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Manage multiple process improvement projects against timelines, costs, and benefit targets.
• Support change management through stakeholder engagement, communication, training, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, quality, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives in a complex organization and managing multiple projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, data analysis, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Ability to align activities with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Johnson & Johnson Credo values.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with global or regional process standardization, automation, digital process improvement tools, or analytics platforms.
