Biotechnologist I (Days - B Shift) (Biotechnology)

Location: On-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. Rotational day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and processes, including Clean-in-Place and Steam-in-Place operations.
• Perform basic laboratory work, including pH and conductivity monitoring, product sampling, and material handling.
• Document production activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and ready facilities and equipment through sanitization and 6S activities.
• Complete qualifications for assigned tasks and keep individual training plans current.
• Participate in shift exchanges, meetings, email, and other administrative support activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with asking questions and strictly following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate execution and documentation.
• Availability for a rotational 12-hour day shift: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• Experience in a GMP, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
