Treasury Systems and Compliance Manager

What you will do

• Manage treasury system and process implementations and administration.
• Monitor bank compliance matters, including corporate and operational signatories.
• Support system-to-system communication and accurate treasury reporting, including cash balances and forecasts.
• Project-manage treasury initiatives, process improvements, and cash management activities.
• Map processes to identify weaknesses and respond to mailbox queries and ad hoc requests.
• Manage two team members and coordinate with peers in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a multinational corporate environment, including 1–3+ years in treasury and payments.
• Experience in treasury operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good knowledge of payment systems; experience with single-bank platforms is preferred but not essential.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
