What you will do

  • Partner with global functional leaders to drive productivity, business performance, and value creation initiatives.
  • Lead financial analysis, performance reviews, and forecasting to identify opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Develop business cases, scenario models, and financial impact assessments for improvement opportunities.
  • Connect operational activities, productivity initiatives, and resource utilization with financial outcomes through clear KPI visibility.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives while ensuring benefits are measured, validated, and communicated.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in finance, business partnering, or performance management within a complex global organization.
  • Experience leading or supporting productivity, business improvement, value creation, and cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to analyze large and complex datasets and turn findings into measurable recommendations.
  • Strong financial acumen combined with commercial and operational business understanding.
  • Experience influencing decisions and driving alignment across functions and leadership levels without direct authority.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and clear business narratives from complex analyses.
