Senior Finance Officer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead Financial Shared Services teams and ensure accurate, high-quality transaction processing.
• Implement finance policies, procedures, and standardized service delivery models across decentralized operations and headquarters.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise diverse finance teams while fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Direct the enhancement, scaling, and technological modernization of shared financial services.
• Implement Cloud ERP components, Intelligence Document Processing, and AI-enabled automation to support touchless processing.
• Oversee digital payment initiatives, banking relationships, audit coordination, SLAs, KPIs, and service performance reporting.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field with 10 years of relevant experience; or a first-level degree with 12 years of experience plus a relevant professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
• Working knowledge of English at proficiency level C and intermediate knowledge of another hirify.global official language: Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish.
• Professional experience delivering innovative and cost-effective financial services in complex multicultural environments.
• Extensive experience in financial operations, treasury management, accounts payable or receivable, and digital payment systems within international organizations.
• Experience with ERP financial modules, banking platforms, Intelligence Document Processing, and finance process automation.
• Experience working in more than one location or area of work, particularly in field positions, is essential.

Nice to have

• Professional accountancy or investment qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
• Experience with international financial regulations, banking practices, and compliance requirements for global organizations.
