What you will do

• Own financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, cash flow, and financial controls.
• Support fundraising through financial modeling, investor reporting, data rooms, and due diligence.
• Lead the internal finance team and coordinate accountants, analysts, external providers, consultants, auditors, banks, and tax advisors.
• Deliver accurate reporting across markets and maintain financial quality across jurisdictions.
• Use AI agents and automation for reconciliation, data consolidation, forecasting, and routine finance operations.
• Manage capital structure, tax optimization, the planned IP Box structure, and financial due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership as Head of Finance, Finance Director, CFO, or similar.
• Experience running finance across multiple countries and managing accounting or analytics teams.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, international tax, compliance, and regulation.
• Practical approach to AI and automation in finance.
• Fluent Russian and English are required.
• Hands-on strategic and analytical approach; fundraising or M&A experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with IP Box or other IP-based tax structures.
• Experience supporting fundraising, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.
