International Payroll Specialist

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid workplace

Salary: PLN 0–168,000 per year

What you will do

• Transmit variable payroll information to providers and review payslips and payroll reports before payment.
• Calculate salary advances, bonuses, severance pay, transportation and meal benefits, and on-call compensation.
• Coordinate payroll changes with People Operations, including new hires, leavers, role changes, and salary adjustments.
• Prepare termination and dismissal indemnity simulations for HR.
• Collect, upload, and report payroll data while supporting employees with payroll-related questions.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and internal policies and provide operational coverage when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar HR, payroll, or finance position.
• Strong time-management, analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including calculations and relevant functions.
• Familiarity with ADP Celergo, Papaya Payroll, Atlas, or similar payroll tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and manage competing priorities accurately.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• French, Spanish, Italian, or German proficiency.
• Experience in the technology or SaaS sector.
• Experience with Workday Financials or HCM.
