Senior Analyst

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 annually, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead due diligence and underwriting of external managers across private credit, private equity, real assets, and listed or leveraged credit strategies.
• Assess investment strategies, management teams, underwriting processes, portfolio construction, track records, performance attribution, and risk.
• Lead meetings with General Partners and maintain ongoing manager relationships.
• Prepare investment recommendations, due diligence reports, investment committee materials, memos, presentations, and client-facing content.
• Support asset allocation, manager selection, portfolio monitoring, and risk assessment across public and private markets.
• Monitor existing managers for performance, emerging risks, and style drift.

Requirements

• Experience in manager research and fund due diligence, private credit, leveraged finance, or broader credit investing.
• Ability to independently lead General Partner meetings and diligence processes.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, performance analysis, and risk analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global investment team while owning key workstreams.
