Chief of Staff - CFO Office (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the CFO’s calendar, prioritize time, resolve conflicts, and ensure the right meetings happen at the right time.
• Run the Finance team’s operating cadence, including staff meetings, monthly reviews, and offsites.
• Prepare briefing documents, talking points, and financial information for CFO meetings.
• Track Finance action items, deadlines, ownership, and risks, escalating slipping commitments early.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Finance, coordinating stakeholders and removing bottlenecks.
• Triage requests for the CFO and maintain an up-to-date view of work across the CFO’s office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Business Manager supporting a senior executive, ideally a CFO or finance leader.
• Strong understanding of finance terminology and context, with the ability to prepare briefing documents and financial information.
• Experience owning an operating cadence, setting agendas, running meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills for cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent judgment and triage skills, with the ability to decide independently what requires the CFO’s attention.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English, written and spoken.
