Manager, Technology ANZ – Electrophysiology, Neurovascular

What you will do

• Co-create the regional technology strategy for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular and translate it into multi-year product and platform roadmaps.
• Lead a business-facing technology organization across product, engineering, data, and delivery, aligning execution with regional and business outcomes.
• Operationalize responsible AI, ML, and GenAI across commercial, supply chain, service, and R&D-adjacent use cases.
• Own portfolio prioritization, funding, delivery, adoption, benefits realization, and regional technology budgeting.
• Modernize legacy environments and develop cloud, API, analytics, connected-device, imaging, computer vision, and workflow solutions.
• Partner with senior leaders, healthcare providers, payers, health systems, cybersecurity, regulatory, legal, and privacy stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of technology leadership experience and 3+ years of people leadership in matrixed environments.
• Experience leading line-of-business, engineering, data operations, or product teams.
• Experience with business processes and foundational platforms such as ERP, CRM, and MES.
• Proven product management, agile delivery, portfolio governance, and roadmap-to-OKR experience.
• Fluency in cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML/GenAI, legacy modernization, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance.

Nice to have

• MedTech surgery experience, including digital surgery, robotics, imaging, computer vision, or connected capital equipment.
• Experience with clinical, commercial, and supply chain stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Success hiring and developing technical and product talent, with executive presence and change leadership.
