What you will do

• Define and execute the Tribe’s technology strategy in partnership with business, Tribe Leadership, and Architecture teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Build and inspire high-performhirify.global engineerhirify.global and technology teams.
• Drive Agile and continuous delivery practices to improve speed, quality, predictability, and customer outcomes.
• Ensure technology solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture and engineerhirify.global standards.
• Own the health, stability, risk, security, and lifecycle management of critical technology platforms and applications.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience deliverhirify.global complex lendhirify.global platform transformations.
• Experience leadhirify.global large engineerhirify.global, technology, and delivery teams through significant change.
• Proven success with enterprise-wide transformation, technology modernisation, delivery model changes, and new ways of workhirify.global.
• Strong understandhirify.global of emerghirify.global technologies, includhirify.global AI and automation, and their use in innovation and operational efficiency.
• Deep expertise in Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, application modernisation, and large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Executive stakeholder management, technology strategy, risk management, operational excellence, and strategic vendor relationship management experience.
