Customer Service Advisors (Mortgage & Loans)

Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance at least 12 days per month

Salary: £25,000 starting salary, plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an opportunity to earn a discretionary performance-related bonus of 8% of salary.

What you will do

• Handle customer and third-party mortgage or loan queries and transactions by phone.
• Support customers through Live Chat after completing training.
• Encourage customers to use digital banking services.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries at the first point of contact.
• Identify customer vulnerability and detect potential fraud.
• Capture information accurately and follow policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive computer and numeracy skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and understanding customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required before commencing employment.

• 35-hour working week on a rota from Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, and Saturday, 08:00–14:00, with a day off in lieu.
