Senior Manager Game Product Manager (Gameplay)

Location: Onsite (United States)

What you will do

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wild Rift’s gameplay pillar
• Drive outcomes across early-stage excitement, long-term retention, and player satisfaction
• Foster a learning-centric development culture and optimize team processes
• Collaborate with design, insights, and external partners to develop impactful features
• Build a deep understanding of the player audience and translate needs into product direction
• Coach and mentor other Game PMs in product craft and player empathy

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or game design focused on player systems or gameplay
• 3+ years managing or mentoring other PMs
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Experience launching impactful gameplay features and competitive multiplayer familiarity
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience shipping end-to-end features from concept to live operations
• Data-informed approach with analytics, modeling, or AB testing
• Co-development experience across studios or with external partners
