Senior Software Engineer Services

Location: Shanghai

What you will do

• Design and deliver globally scalable backend services for a major game
• Support multi-service architecture and backend implementations
• Improve server reliability and performance
• Implement server infrastructure for new gameplay features
• Build and support live game services
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines

Requirements

• 6+ years experience building large scale backend or game services
• Expertise in C++ and Golang
• Experience with cloud computing and AWS
• BS degree or equivalent
• English: B2 or higher

Nice to have

• 2+ years as a technical lead
• Experience with global scale online games
• Unreal Engine and mobile game development experience
• CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
