What you will do

• Develop all aspects of the game engine to support high-caliber projects.
• Write performant, robust, and maintainable C++ code.
• Profile and optimize code to meet strict quality and performance targets.
• Participate in engine design, production, and code reviews.
• Mentor and support fellow team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading and modern hardware architecture.
• Experience with data-driven development and CPU/GPU profiling tools.
• On-site presence in the Quebec office is required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.

Nice to have

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience with modern graphics APIs such as Vulkan, D3D12, or GNM.
• Console development experience (PS4/5, Xbox One/Series).
• SIMD programming and low-level x86/ARM/DXBC/Spir-V assembly.
• Experience with networking and multiplayer systems.
