What you will do

• Build highly available and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop game features and tools using Golang.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for code and infrastructure.
• Mature monitoring and alerting systems for production readiness.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high-quality codebase standards.
• Support internal backend users and participate in a compensated on-call rota.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and coding significant backend features, preferably in Golang.
• Experience building infrastructure within a major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Strong background in architecting and supporting distributed systems in production.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for building and playing video games.
