Client Services Rep 1 (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in McKinley, Taguig City, Philippines; night-shift work required

What you will do

• Control the generation of basic and routine reports for defined customers.
• Review client data requirements with internal resources to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.
• Follow data verification protocols.
• Research, analyze, and respond to routine client inquiries.
• Support client service meetings at customer sites and produce ad-hoc studies when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with PC applications, including Excel.
• Effective written and oral communication across organizational levels.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service skills.
• Amenable to working in McKinley, Taguig, in a hybrid arrangement and willing to work night shifts.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an hirify.global role.
• Pharmaceutical experience.
