Associate Experience Engineer (AI)

Location: Bielsko-Biała, Poland

Salary: 90,000–98,250 PLN gross per year, flexible and open for discussion.

What you will do

• Design and build production-ready product experiences using modern frontend frameworks.
• Contribute to UX discovery, user-flow definition, interaction design, and validation.
• Own quality end to end by writing automated tests and manually validating features before release.
• Use agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to generate code, write tests, and debug.
• Maintain frontend architecture standards, use design systems, and participate in code reviews.
• Translate user feedback into refined interactions and support teammates through transparent collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience spanning frontend engineering, UX, and/or quality assurance.
• Experience building production-ready interfaces with React, Vue, or a similar modern frontend framework.
• Professional experience with AI-assisted development and the critical evaluation of generated code.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of UX principles and interaction patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience combining UX, frontend engineering, and quality responsibilities.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, visual regression testing, accessibility auditing, or performance profiling.
• Exposure to backend systems, APIs, integration testing, observability tools, micro-frontends, or monorepo tooling.
