What you will do

• Maintain healthcare organization and prescriber reference data supporting US production.
• Research third-party sources through internet searches, database matching, and phone verification.
• Conduct outbound calls to verify organization and prescriber records, including office addresses and professions or specialties.
• Validate whether gathered information requires database updates, new record creation, or record deletion.
• Analyze data inquiries and participate in process-improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or the local language.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex concepts and processes.
• Initiative and self-motivation to resolve client concerns through completion.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

• Experience handling voice-based or healthcare accounts.
