Senior Snowflake Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with 60% of work performed in the office; Gdańsk preferred, or Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź, Poland

Salary: Up to 135 PLN/h

What you will do

• Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Bridge business needs and IT systems while aligning stakeholders and ensuring transparency.
• Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Create data mappings and perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solutions.
• Contribute to IT solution designs, data flows, and detailed solution documentation.
• Produce documented solution requirements with acceptance criteria and participate in team ceremonies and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in IT or data analysis.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake.
• Experience with data analysis, solution design, and data mapping.
• Advanced written and spoken English for working in an international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
