Master Data Analyst

What you will do

• Manage vendor and purchasing master data for regional hubs, corporate purchasing, accounts payable, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze large data sets, prepare statistical information, and create operational reports and dashboards.
• Review data and perform as-is analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support global standards.
• Investigate escalated master data issues, identify root causes, and implement or recommend corrective actions.
• Support change management, master data tools, continuous improvement, and enhanced end-user experience.
• Collaborate with purchasing, accounts payable, and leadership teams while building relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, supply chain, accounts payable, purchasing, or project leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and its functions and features.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and provide conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience managing processes and workflows.
• English required for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
