IT Application Solution Management – Global Supply Chain (SAP)

Location: Singapore, SGP; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Architect and design complex cross-functional business processes and SAP and non-SAP application solutions for global supply chain operations.
• Act as a primary technology partner for Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service, Finance, and Manufacturing teams, driving business-IT alignment and stakeholder management.
• Oversee application configuration, data conversions, testing strategies, integrations, data flows, monitoring, performance tuning, and system stability.
• Provide application support and lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, patches, upgrades, and lifecycle planning.
• Plan and manage medium- to large-scale cross-functional initiatives, budgets, vendors, contingent resources, and operational services.
• Govern supply chain application health, scalability, cybersecurity, compliance, resiliency, and modernization through automation, analytics, and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• More than 7 years of experience implementing SAP and non-SAP solutions in supply chain and related areas.
• Hands-on SAP MM functional and configuration experience, plus working knowledge of non-SAP supply chain applications.
• Expertise in sourcing and procurement, with broad knowledge of planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Technical and analytical skills for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, integrations, and solution delivery.
• Ability to work within IT governance, SDLC, testing, service management, change management, SOX controls, and audit processes.
