IT Application Solution Management – Global Supply Chain (SAP)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite, full time. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Design complex, cross-functional business processes and application solutions for global supply chain operations.
• Translate business designs into functional and technical specifications and oversee application configuration, data conversion, and unit, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Act as a technology partner for Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service, Finance, and Manufacturing, driving business-IT alignment and stakeholder management.
• Own the health, stability, scalability, performance, and support of supply chain applications, including monitoring, tuning, incident resolution, patches, and upgrades.
• Lead medium- to large-scale cross-functional initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, vendors, and contingent resources.
• Govern integrations and data flows across ERP, planning, logistics, manufacturing, and analytics platforms while mitigating technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and continuity risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of experience implementing SAP and non-SAP supply chain solutions.
• Hands-on SAP MM functional and configuration experience.
• Expertise in sourcing and procurement, with broad knowledge of planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Technical and analytical skills for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and solution delivery.
• Experience with application support, integrations, testing, service management, governance, and SOX compliance.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their use in improving business processes and productivity.
