What you will do
- Lead resources responsible for building and delivering AI solutions for life science clients.
- Build capabilities to design, develop, and deploy AI agents on platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Act as a thought leader in AI and AGI to promote digital and AI expertise in the market.
- Coach team members and support their professional development across the life sciences and AI domains.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or higher in data science, statistics, applied statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, or 2–5 years of data scientist experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Deep knowledge of mainstream LLMs, including GPT, OpenAI, Gemini, and Qwen.
- Experience in AI transformation consulting or AI roadmap design for the life sciences industry.
- Motivation to apply new and existing technologies to challenging life science problems.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-experts and contributing to analysis plans and proposals.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
