Integrity Auditor (Pharmacy Call Center)

Location: Onsite in Taguig City, Philippines, with flexible shifting schedules

What you will do

• Conduct pharmacy claims audits for chain and independent pharmacies at the request of operations and management teams.
• Collaborate with pharmacies, healthcare providers, medical facilities, billing portals, and contracting teams to obtain and review audit documentation.
• Assess claims against program business rules, regulations, customer requirements, SOPs, and project-specific guidelines.
• Determine corrective actions for noncompliant claims, including reversals, refunds, or reprocessing, and communicate findings to pharmacies.
• Document audit details, prepare summaries for management, and provide guidance to project teams.
• Identify operational challenges, design solutions with the team, and manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of auditing experience in a customer care environment.
• Strong problem-solving, telephone, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, use discretion, escalate issues appropriately, and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Amenable to onsite work in Taguig and flexible shifting schedules.
