Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node/React)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid

What you will do

• Architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable internal products combining backend services and user-facing interfaces.
• Build and maintain modular, high-performance UI micro frontends that are easy to scale and integrate.
• Design backend systems and APIs with internal stakeholders to support evolving business needs.
• Lead features and initiatives from idea through delivery while collaborating with Product on scope.
• Improve the internal task-management product to make task distribution and execution more efficient and reliable.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and direct guidance, and establish frontend best practices.

Requirements

• Deep frontend expertise in architecting and building modern, production-grade web applications at scale.
• Experience with React and TypeScript; experience with Node.js is useful but not required.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and experience with API design.
• Ability to make data-driven and metric-driven decisions with empathy for end users.
• Ability to lead initiatives through completion and write clean, secure, and maintainable code.
