Full-Stack Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland, with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; working from home is generally available on Wednesdays, while Friday arrangements depend on the work.

Salary: 26,000–28,900 PLN gross monthly, plus potential equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Build and own user-facing product features across the frontend and backend.
• Develop integrations with function-specific tools used by Operations, Marketing, IT, and other departments.
• Create compelling interfaces and efficient, flexible, scalable backend processing logic.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from conception through post-launch reflection.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, user researchers, data scientists, and partner engineering teams.
• Write clean, maintainable code and continuously improve existing codebases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience in large, well-maintained codebases building user-facing products.
• Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React and Node, or with Scala.
• Experience developing integrations is preferred for the role.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Autonomous judgment and a focus on quality, maintainability, and user experience.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to apply them to improve productivity and decision-making.

• Previous professional experience developing product integrations.
