Field Service Supervisor (High Voltage Transmission)

What you will do

• Provide technical field advice and supervise installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, refurbishment, and repair of high-voltage transmission equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues in transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and related control systems.
• Support customers, field service engineers, and internal teams, while providing recommendations for product improvements.
• Prepare service reports, timesheets, maintenance logs, method statements, HSE reports, and equipment records.
• Represent hirify.global on site, coordinate the assigned scope, approve completed work, and mentor junior field service engineers.
• Train customers on routine maintenance and ensure service work meets customer orders and expectations.

Requirements

• Electrical degree or equivalent experience with more than 7 years of field service engineering experience in the high-voltage transmission industry.
• Hands-on experience with new installations and service activities.
• In-depth knowledge of transformers, AIS and GIS switchgear, circuit breakers, and related control systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software used in high-voltage transmission services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in demanding field environments.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally to field locations and work flexible hours as required.
