Global Liabilities & Prepaid Accountant (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage liabilities and prepaid accounting activities within shared service center processes.
• Prepare manual journals with complete supporting documentation and complete account reconciliations in BlackLine.
• Support monthly balance sheet and P&L flux analysis, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Respond to local country finance queries and provide audit support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations while strengthening financial controls.
• Contribute to regional and global projects and identify continuous process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a multinational environment and/or audit, with good knowledge of US GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE, BlackLine, Alteryx, or W-Desk.
