Financial Account Manager

What you will do

• Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform complex financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis across a broad business scope.
• Guide strategic decision-making with business leaders and represent the business unit in cross-regional planning.
• Drive finance initiatives, process improvements, and policy development through design and implementation.
• Oversee analysts across multiple finance sub-functions and mentor lower-level employees.
• Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and clients.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, financial statements, internal controls, investments, P&L management, process improvement, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP applications and data analysis.
• Ability to solve complex problems through in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and exercise independent judgment.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
