Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of SMB clients to drive engagement and transaction volume.
• Drive customer retention and identify expansion opportunities within your book of business.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success.
• Provide customer feedback and insights to influence the YouBiz product roadmap and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of account management or support experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
