Agentic AI Architect (FPGA/ASIC)

What you will do

• Design and implement agentic AI systems using LLMs, tools, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Architect enterprise-scale RAG pipelines covering data ingestion, reasoning, and action.
• Co-design AI systems for heterogeneous CPU, GPU, and FPGA computing environments.
• Optimize LLM inference on FPGA platforms through quantization, compilation, and workload partitioning.
• Build reusable platform components for memory management, tool integration, and knowledge retrieval using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and custom orchestration frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews, guide engineering teams, and drive AI and hardware convergence.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML systems, distributed systems, or hardware–software co-design.
• Recognized expertise in AI and large language models, including LLM architectures, inference, RAG systems, vector databases, and agentic AI.
• Experience building production-grade LLM applications, multi-step reasoning workflows, and scalable AI systems.
• Strong background in FPGA, ASIC, EDA systems, heterogeneous computing, and AI workload acceleration.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud or edge AI deployment.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, quantization, model distillation, on-device AI, compiler stacks such as MLIR or TVM, and real-time AI pipelines.
