Project Manager (Fintech – Mobile & Web Platform)

Location: Remote from Minsk, Belarus

Salary: $1,500–$2,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint execution, follow up on commitments, and ensure delivery transparency.
• Track velocity, burndown, throughput, and sprint success rate metrics.
• Prepare regular progress and performance reports.
• Identify weak areas, propose improvements, and support continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to align priorities with product goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in fintech or brokerage.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing development teams and delivering projects on time.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher required for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with FX, brokerage, or trading platforms.
• Previous experience in product-focused companies.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and advanced ADO plugins.
• Professional certifications in project management or Agile methodologies.
