TL;DR
IT Operations and Foundation (ITOF) Site Lead (IT/OT): Leading local IT/OT operations and infrastructure management for the EMED site with an accent on asset strategy, operational performance, and platform coordination. Focus on managing infrastructure support, translating business requirements into sustainable technical solutions, and maintaining service continuity across on-premises and Azure environments.
Location: Herzliya, Israel; primarily office-based with monthly visits to offshore sites

What you will do
- Lead local IT/OT operations and infrastructure management for the EMED site.
- Prioritize site requests and represent local capability needs in portfolio and planning activities.
- Manage managed service providers delivering deskside, server, and other infrastructure support.
- Manage the IT/OT strategy, asset portfolio, local budget, and alignment with regional priorities.
- Coordinate cross-platform and co-located teams to deliver operational and business value.
- Oversee employees and contractors providing daily infrastructure support and assist with new IT/OT initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT asset management and IT/OT operations.
- Experience with on-premises infrastructure, Azure cloud, monitoring, network availability and latency, application performance, change management, emergency response, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
- At least five years of progressively responsible operations leadership experience, with strong people management, investigation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into standardized and operationally sustainable technical solutions.
- Must be an Israeli national and hold national security clearance.
