Senior Product Manager (Crypto Asset Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and evolution of on-chain fund movement, allocation, and settlement capabilities.
• Define fund movement logic and controls supporting security, traceability, auditability, and regulatory alignment.
• Own the infrastructure for on-chain deposits and withdrawals, integrating Risk and Compliance controls while improving stability and scalability.
• Build operational tools, monitoring capabilities, standard operating procedures, and automation for fund movement operations.
• Partner with Engineering and internal stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, deliver projects, and monitor post-launch performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, fintech, business, or a related field.
• Experience at a recognized internet or cryptocurrency company, preferably in wallet and custody infrastructure, payments, clearing and settlement, or related transaction infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and on-chain transaction mechanics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English must be usable as a working language, and Mandarin speaking is mandatory.
• Strong ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
