What you will do
- Research third-party sources to improve the completeness and accuracy of pharmaceutical reference data.
- Gather input from IQVIA departments and production processes to identify data corrections, additions, and deletions.
- Validate new information and recommend updates to existing reference files.
- Update reference files and databases and produce outputs for production and quality-control processes.
- Respond to reference-data queries and escalate complex issues to the team leader.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some work experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Good PC literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to perform routine analysis and information gathering to resolve problems.
- Developing knowledge of company products and the pharmaceutical industry.
