Manager, Reporting & Insights (AI)

Location: On-site in Johns Creek, Georgia, or Fort Worth, Texas; travel up to 10%.

What you will do

• Partner with R&D stakeholders to understand strategies, workflows, data, user needs, and operational challenges.
• Identify and prioritize digital solution opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk, and reusability.
• Translate business needs into use cases, process designs, requirements, prototypes, and product roadmaps.
• Configure workflows, forms, permissions, notifications, reports, dashboards, and other capabilities in approved business and scientific platforms.
• Design interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on integrations, upgrades, security, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, training, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternative education and experience combinations are accepted.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills required.
• Experience with business applications, analytics, automation, digital products, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or business intelligence solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across business and IT boundaries and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience administering or configuring project and portfolio management platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, QuickSight, SageMaker, or related technologies.
• Experience building Copilot agents, AI assistants, chatbots, or automation solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 development capabilities, SQL, data modeling, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, R&D, scientific, or complex project portfolio processes.
