TL;DR
Oracle Database Administrator (Oracle Fusion Financials): Leading and supporting end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expense Management, and Tax with an accent on functional configuration, accounting processes, integrations, and compliance. Focus on designing Chart of Accounts and Subledger Accounting, supporting data migration and reporting, resolving production issues, and managing testing, deployment, and user training.
Location: DXC Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig City, Philippines. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Lead or support full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expense Management, and Tax.
- Gather business requirements, define processes, and design and configure functional solutions.
- Prepare business and functional documentation, including BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, solution designs, and training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams on OIC integrations, FBDI data migration, reports, and customizations.
- Perform functional testing, support UAT, resolve issues, and assist with production deployments and post-implementation support.
- Analyze Oracle Cloud releases, conduct user training, and transfer knowledge to business teams.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Hands-on expertise in Fusion Financials modules and full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, month-end close processes, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Chart of Accounts design, Subledger Accounting, period close activities, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
- Knowledge of FBDI templates, ADFDI, data migration, system troubleshooting, and scalable solution design.
- Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
Nice to have
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
- Experience with multi-currency, multi-GAAP, or multi-ledger environments.
- Experience working with global teams and Agile methodologies.
