Configuration Engineer - BY WMS (PrIME)

What you will do

• Design and develop next-generation PrIME configuration standards for expansion and upgrade programs.
• Test and deploy PrIME configuration standards and identify opportunities to return sites to standard configurations.
• Support the configuration migration strategy in collaboration with BlueYonder.
• Train Solution Experts on revised configuration standards and techniques.
• Develop tools for configuration automation and configuration audits.
• Create configuration documentation and deployment packages.

Requirements

• Mastery of BlueYonder (JDA) WMS, including implementation in complex, highly automated warehouses.
• Ability to assess business requirements, configure applications against global template standards, diagnose root causes, and define remediation paths.
• Experience with BlueYonder upgrades or versions 2018 and above.
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, and documenting complex applications for repeatable standard implementation.
• In-depth understanding of WMS processes for distribution centers and plants, plus experience executing projects and communicating status.
• Strong documentation skills and willingness to combine hands-on technical work with robust documentation.
