What you will do

• Coordinate government affairs activities, including government project applications, regular data reporting, questionnaires, site visits, and tours.
• Identify and evaluate potential government projects and exhibitions, lead site subsidy projects, and contribute to the factory budget.
• Lead the standardized site-level risk management process by identifying and assessing threats, vulnerabilities, operational impacts, and organizational impacts.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, track remediation plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation measures.
• Lead site risk governance and align risk remediation priorities with product strategy, product shortage prevention plans, and project portfolio decisions.
• Maintain accurate risk data in QualiPSO, represent the site in global risk governance, and coordinate resilience-related topics such as information protection and business continuity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably chemical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical engineering, or a degree in business or finance.
• Experience in governmental affairs and managing complex projects in challenging environments.
• At least 5 years of total industry experience, with exposure to production, supply chain, chemical engineering, process technology, project investment, finance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience or certification in project or risk management is desirable.
• Fluent English, including reading and writing, is required.
• Responsibility for HSE requirements within the position.
