What you will do

• Perform quality inspections, final checks, attestations, stop points, and out-of-sequence work inspections according to defined standards.
• Conduct operational surveillance covering people, products, and processes.
• Investigate quality and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and support containment, archiving, and corrective actions.
• Open and close nonconformities where appropriate and provide quality expertise to the shop floor.
• Prevent foreign object damage and carry out predictive quality activities.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Operations and Support Functions while contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in quality inspection or a related aerospace manufacturing function.
• Ability to perform inspections and attest work orders when activities are not delegated.
• Ability to support investigations, root cause analysis, nonconformity management, and corrective actions.
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to acting with integrity.
• Work from the Brasov, Romania location is required.
