Senior Accreditation Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; up to 5% travel for team meetings, onsite audits, training, and occasional visits to hirify.global offices. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, with availability for meetings across Eastern and Central time zones.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on NCQA Health Plan Accreditation and LTSS requirements.
• Advise stakeholders and operational leaders on compliance with accreditation standards and functional compliance strategies.
• Facilitate NCQA LTSS file universe preparation and conduct LTSS file reviews.
• Coordinate with operational areas to prepare documentation and files for NCQA presentation.
• Analyze complex issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions that improve operations and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience with NCQA Health Plan Accreditation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business areas to drive initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Experience analyzing data, solving complex problems, and implementing operational improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and accommodate Eastern and Central time zone schedules.

Nice to have

• Current, active, unrestricted RN or Behavioral Health Professional license.
• Expertise in NCQA accreditation standards, particularly LTSS requirements.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans.
• Research and investigative experience.
