CT Tech PRN (Oncology Imaging)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado; onsite clinical role.

Salary: $35.00–$52.00 per hour, depending on education, experience, certification, and other factors.

What you will do

• Perform ordered CT procedures to a high standard of quality.
• Advise physicians on the appropriateness of additional or modified imaging studies.
• Escort patients, assist with dressings when needed, and maintain procedure logs and paperwork.
• Protect patients and staff by following prescribed imaging and equipment safety standards.
• Monitor CT equipment through daily quality control checks and report malfunctions or adjustment needs.
• Maintain patient and medical staff confidentiality while supporting patient comfort and positioning.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited school.
• Minimum three years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist certification through ARRT required.
• Current IV and CPR certifications required.
• CT certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or lift patients in wheelchairs or stretchers weighing up to 300 pounds, and stand or sit for extended periods.
