Copywriters Lead (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the copywriting team through training, mentoring, one-to-ones, and continuous performance reviews.
• Create marketing copy for static ads, landing pages, and advertising campaigns across multiple brands.
• Quality-check ads and ad copy to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and brand alignment.
• Prepare and manage whitelisting briefs and production.
• Own copywriter OKRs and facilitate all-hands copywriter meetings.
• Produce 20–40 static ads and accompanying ad copy per week.

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in health, wellness, or beauty.
• Demonstrated ability to create and optimize conversion-focused landing pages.
• Strong knowledge of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology.
• Experience analyzing customer feedback and market trends to guide copy decisions.
• Leadership or mentoring experience with copywriters.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, content management systems, and AI tools such as Claude, Manus, or ChatGPT.
