What you will do
- Design, configure, and deliver integrations between Bob and customer systems using APIs, webhooks, MCP, custom objects, and extensibility capabilities.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and define practical implementation approaches.
- Assess Bob’s capabilities and configure, combine, or extend them for different use cases.
- Build automations, prototypes, and lightweight applications using AI-assisted development and vibe coding practices.
- Coordinate with Customer Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Field Deployment teams.
- Create technical documentation covering integration flows, decisions, implementation guidance, and handover materials.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in system integrations, technical implementation, SaaS deployment, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Practical knowledge of SaaS integration technologies, including APIs, webhooks, middleware, or automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers on implementation or deployment projects.
- Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
