Location: Home-based in Warsaw, Poland

Annual base pay: PLN 314,300–667,900

What you will do

• Provide medical and scientific oversight for oncology and hematology clinical research programs as Medical Monitor.
• Review protocols, informed consent documents, investigator materials, eCRFs, analysis plans, clinical study reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Support study teams, investigators, and sponsors with protocol design, inclusion and exclusion criteria, endpoints, training, recruitment, and retention.
• Monitor patient safety, review serious adverse events and safety reports, assess safety trends, and resolve outstanding safety queries.
• Review clinical data, coding, data tables, listings, figures, and safety reconciliation activities.
• Support DSMB and adjudication activities, business development proposals, feasibility discussions, and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited and internationally recognized medical school.
• At least 10 years of experience in medical practice, academia, clinical research, or drug development.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Oncology is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary matrix environment across multiple projects.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred; urology or surgical oncology background is advantageous.
