Flex Nurse Educator

Location: Seattle, Washington; candidates must reside in the specific geography and in the country where the job is posted. The role combines remote patient education with in-person territory coverage and requires up to 50% travel.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annual base pay, plus potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver remote education on disease states, medication administration, and treatment adherence through telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.
• Provide in-person patient education during territory vacancy coverage, including home visits and other approved locations.
• Connect patients with program-approved resources and support communication with healthcare providers.
• Document interactions accurately and follow program protocols, KPIs, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey by addressing access barriers and encouraging behavioral change.
• Collaborate with district managers and field leadership, participate in training and planning, and assist with onboarding and mentoring.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; a compact multistate license is preferred, and additional state licensure may be required.
• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Must reside within the specific geography and in the United States.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain California RN licensure when residing in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage multiple territories.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, documentation, Microsoft Office, and iPad technology; a private home workspace and valid driver's license are required.

Nice to have

• Nurse educator experience.
• BSN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and prior Ambassador experience.
